The $150M Email Marketing System You Can Copy Today

The Inbox Newsletter

Hey it’s Max from The Inbox Newsletter.

I've worked with over 200 brands doing $1M to $100M+ a year.

And every time, we use the same foundational system to turn email into a predictable profit machine.

This is the exact blueprint I’d use if I had to start from scratch and scale my store revenue on autopilot.

60 Second Roadmap To Scale Your Email Marketing To 50% of Your Store Revenue

Follow these steps exactly, in this order, to build your email engine.

Using email as your conversion engine will allow you to be more profitable and build a passionate community at the same time.

Let’s get into it.

Step 1: List Growth Optimization

If you're not converting 10%+ of your traffic into leads, you're burning money.

Start with your pop-up form. Test the offer. Test the design. Test the timing.

This will allow you to get more leads and return on your ads to be able to convert them with email, which costs pennies to send.

Optimize until you're consistently converting 10% of site traffic into email subs.

No, 4% is not "good enough." You're leaving revenue on the table.

Step 2: Build Out Your Core Flows (This Is Your Foundation)

You only need 7 flows to print money on autopilot:

  • Welcome Flow (4 emails)

  • Site Abandon (2 emails)

  • Browse Abandon (4 emails)

  • Cart Abandon (4 emails)

  • Checkout Abandon (4 emails)

  • Post Purchase (4 emails)

  • Winback (4 emails)

Each of these flows should have roughly 4 emails minimum per flow.

Structure them around where the customer is in the journey.

Use urgency, education, and objections-handling to convert.

Don’t overthink, just set them up and iterate later.

Step 3: Send 3-4 Campaigns Every Week

Your campaigns are the retention engine and your path to consistent sales.

Use basic segmentation of anybody who has opened an email in the last 120 days

Run non-discount emails on:

  • Testimonials

  • Product education

  • Brand stories

  • Myths vs facts

  • FAQ highlights

  • Zero-discount offers

Every month, look back at what worked and double down on the winners with altered angles.

This is how you scale without annoying your list or killing margins.

Step 4: Run Monthly Offers the Smart Way

One sale per month at most. That’s it.

It’s important to run offers to keep your list subscribed. People will stay subscribed if you’re always giving them reasons to stay subscribed.

But we don’t want to use the same offer every time…

Make it strategic. Use slightly different offers every time like:

  • Bundles

  • BOGO

  • Percent off

  • Dollar off

  • Free gifts

Send 3-5 emails for each sale. Build hype, drop the offer, then close with urgency.

Step 5: Review, Iterate, Scale

At the end of every month, audit the whole account.

Block off 2-3 hours of your time to just click around your account and see what you can find.

  • What angles in campaigns worked?

  • What campaigns that worked can we adapt and turn into flow emails?

  • What sale offers worked?

  • Where are people falling off?

  • What segments are converting the best?

  • What A/B tests can we run this month?

Use this intel to rinse and repeat.

This system alone can drive 30–50% of total revenue when dialed.

PS - Something big is coming…

I'm opening a private 90-day mentorship for a small group of brands. Private Slack, group, calls with me, 24/7 access to my team, exclusive templates, and a full email course.

We’ll work directly with you to build your full email engine from scratch… flows, campaigns, segmentation, calendar, everything.

Same stuff we use to generate $10M+/mo for clients.

If you want in on the waitlist, just reply to this email and I’ll let you know when we open up.

Only launching this to people who raise their hand.

Respond and I’ll add you to the list.
