Which means the retention insights, product feedback, and customer research loops start moving much faster too.

Customers can add products to their next subscription order without ever going to the customer portal.
All they need to do is click once and their subscription is updated with the upsell!

Subscribers can edit their subscription directly in the billing reminder email without ever landing in the customer portal.
This matters because the customer portal is where your cancellations happen… So if your subscribers can make changes without ever visiting that page, they never see the cancel button and stay as a subscriber.
We actually implemented this for one of our subscription brands and it was one of the biggest reasons why we decreased their billing reminder cancellations by over 50%.
