Hey it's Max from The Inbox Newsletter.
Today, I’m sharing an underrated Klaviyo tactic today that turns your regular campaigns into a personalized welcome, winback, or reactivation offer for subscribers who need it most.
All you need to do set it up once and it runs on autopilot for as long as you like…
Let's get into it!

Show / Hide Offer Blocks Explained
If you weren’t aware, Klaviyo has a show/hide logic feature that drops a personalized offer block into any regular campaign.
The block only appears for customers with a specific profile property while everyone else sees the campaign without it.
Here's what that looks like in action:

Show/ Hide Offer Block In A Campaign
It's a pretty neat tactic…
It means every campaign you send from that point forward is doing two jobs at once:
The main email promotes whatever the brand wants + the block lowkey serves the perfect offer to the subscribers who need it most.
3 Ways To Actually Use This
Welcome offer. Show the discount to anyone on your list who hasn't purchased yet. The block will keep sitting at the top of every regular campaign until they finally convert.
Winback offer. Show a stronger offer to customers who haven't purchased in 90+ days. The block sits inside every campaign until they come back and reactivate.
Subscription reactivation. Show canceled subscribers a special reactivation offer with a one-click link back to their account. The block follows them across every campaign until they finally reactivate.

How To Build It Out
Build a flow that adds an eligibility property to the customer's profile. It could be something like "Winback Offer Eligible = True"… this then gets applied to every customer who fits the segment you want to target.
Build another flow that removes the eligibility property once they take the action. Once a customer purchases, reactivates, or becomes ineligible, the property will be removed and the offer stops appearing for them.
Design the offer banner and save it as a reusable block. Build it once in Klaviyo and it's ready to drop into any regular campaign from that point forward.
Set the block to only show when the profile property = True. Use Klaviyo's show/hide logic on the reusable block so it only appears for customers who have the eligibility property tagged on their profile.
Add the block to every campaign where you want the offer available. Drop it at the top of every regular send and it will only appear for the eligible segment you targeted.

Setting The Block Logic
And that's it…
The offer will just follow every eligible customer across every campaign until they finally take the action.
Something fun to add on to your emails… it won’t change your business, but a cool little addition for personalization.
Try it out yourself!
