How To Improve Your Welcome Flow Performance With Little Effort

Your welcome flow has had the same 5 emails in it since the day you built it.

Meanwhile, you've got campaigns sitting in your send history that absolutely PRINTED.

Nobody does anything with them… they just sit there.

Here's what we do instead…

Pull up your top-performing non-discount campaigns.

Find the ones that crushed (with non-buyers specifically).

Take the winners, slap your welcome discount at the top of the email, A/B test it against whatever's underperforming in your welcome flow.

The logic is simple.

The people sitting in your welcome flow are non-buyers.

If a campaign already crushed with your non-buyer segment that same email is probably going to crush in the welcome flow too.

The audience is the same and the angle already works.

You're just giving it a permanent home.

A Real Example / Use Case

Say for example this was a long-form testimonial campaign that absolutely ripped.

Take it, add the welcome discount as a bar at the top, and swap it in as email three of the welcome flow.

It probably would outperform the old email three immediately…

This works for literally any flow too.

If a campaign crushed, find one where the angle fits and drop it in.

No need to write new emails from scratch every time you want to improve something. 

Think smarter not harder folks!
