My email and SMS marketing agency Well Copy is growing… fast. A year ago, we had 20 clients and 10 full-time team members. Today we’re sitting at nearly 100 clients and a 50-person team.

And we’re still just getting started.

Which is why we need YOU to join our team as an Email Account Strategist / Manager.

We’re Hiring Account Strategists / Account Managers

We’re on the lookout for experienced email marketers ready to take full ownership of client success.

This isn’t a “just schedule the emails” type of job.

Our Account Strategists lead the charge across strategy, execution, client communication, and operations.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a true in-house growth partner to top-tier ecommerce brands, this is your shot.

You’ll manage 5–8 brands (depending on size/complexity) and be the bridge between them and our internal pod team: copywriter, designer, and Klaviyo tech.

What you’ll own:

• Full email + SMS strategy for your clients

• Campaign calendar development and deployment

• Flow buildouts and ongoing optimization

• Pop-up form testing and growth

• Weekly reports, monthly audits, and A/B test implementation

• Daily Slack + Loom communication with clients and internal team

We Move Fast. But You’ll Be Supported.

Each Account Manager is backed by a Senior Account Manager to help guide strategy and remove roadblocks. You’ll also work closely with your pod for streamlined execution.

We’ve built robust SOPs and systems. Just bring your email marketing chops and A-game communication skills.
