Over the last few months, we quietly launched something new at Well Copy...

The Email Insiders Mentorship, a high-touch group program where we help ecommerce founders / marketing managers to install the exact email marketing system we’ve used to generate over $200M+ for our clients.

HUNDREDS of brands joined the waitlist, and the first cohort of 12 brands we brought on in October comes to a close in the next few weeks.

To support the growth of this program, we’re opening a brand-new role.

👉 HIRING: Director of Email Insiders Group Mentorship Program

A strategic, client-facing manager who will guide our mentorship clients through onboarding, strategy, and ongoing success.

To start, you will be doing fulfillment. As we scale, you will be the director and manager of the program.

What this role will own:

- Leading client onboarding + kickoff calls

- Reviewing and refining client campaign calendars

- Providing strategic insights on flows, segmentation, and pop-up strategy

- Running monthly strategy calls

- Coaching clients through building their full lifecycle email system

- Ensuring every client feels supported, guided, and always knows their next step

This role blends strategy, coaching, communication, and client success.
