Creative Emails You Can Send For Your Ecom Brand

The Inbox Newsletter

Hey it's Max from The Inbox Newsletter.
Today I want to share 5 emails that caught my eye recently and that I think you can steal for your next campaign, or flow.
Guarantee you'll want to run at least one of these on your next send.
Let's get into it!

Meme Of The Week!
1) The Fake UI Hero Section
This brand put a "click to customize" CTA in their hero that makes it look like you can actually customize the email.
Does it actually work? No… but you can definitely catch a few extra clicks from subscribers who tap just to see what happens.
Perfect for product drops or sales where you want to spike click rates without reworking the offer.

2) Slanted Hero Image
Amazing email from MUDWTR with a hero image that hits and copy that works with it.
They used AI to make the product look much larger and at this crazy angle.
A great reminder that a strong static hero still rips if the design and copy are dialed in. It can be all you need to hook in the subscriber!

3) Custom Font Design
Big believer in custom fonts that make your design POP in a subscriber's inbox…
This brand did a great job of it by using a custom font in their hero that makes the whole email feel way more premium than a standard email would.
Perfect for brand-forward sends where you want the email itself to feel as elevated as your product.

4) Word On The Street Email
It's one thing to drop testimonials in your emails… but it's another thing entirely to show actual Instagram DMs from real customers hyping up your product.
This brand showed screenshots of DMs from subscribers raving about one of their best sellers. The more raw and unpolished stuff like this is what actually builds trust with your list…
Steal this for product launches, bestsellers, or any kind of send where you want to prove the hype is real without saying it yourself.

5) For Each Person Email
This brand built a product section with a "for each person" layout… meaning one product goes to the person who is outdoorsy, another goes to the person who is into golf, and another goes to the one who is shopping for someone else.
Love all of this because you can just call out your ICP directly and show them the exact product that fits them.
It's also a super easy pairing angle for gift guides, bundles, or any send where you want to make the recommendation feel personal.
I could see this as a Q4 gift guide where subscribers want to be told exactly what to buy for whoever they're shopping for. Definitely take this angle for yourself!

Notes:
A fun decision tree that gets customers to actually follow along to the perfect product for them! Great way to keep them on the email much longer and click.
